Chris did an excellent job installing a new garage door opener, spring, pulley and outside pad opener. He was very professional and explained everything about the warranty on all the parts that were installed. He even programmed my car and outdoor pad with my new opener. If there was a rating higher than excellent, I would give it. Everything was explained to me in detail. The process given to ensure everything was fixed was quite impressive. I called at about 5pm and the work began the next morning at 8am. Both vehicles were still in the garage in which the door could not be opened yet the repair was done despite having minimal room to do so.

The opener on our barndoor stopped working. I called Precision on Monday morning, and I had an appointment set up for the next day Tuesday. Within 20 minutes I had a call from the office with an offer for a repairman to come out that evening. The technician "Cameron" arrived around 6pm and went right to work looking at the motor and made a determination that the opener was beyond repair, he checked to see if one was available. He secured a replacement and arranged to pick it up the next morning. He was back at the farm by noon Wednesday, and the door was operational by 1pm. I learned that Cameron was out of Odessa. He went above and beyond driving to Lubbock from Odessa twice to work on our barndoor. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. I have used other companies in the past. However, Precision Garage Door Service is miles above the rest in customer service and a fast response time.

Spring on garage door broke overnight. Called early and was answered promptly. Scheduled for a morning repair. Technician (Chris Romo) called twice to let me know when to expect him. Was right on time. He was very friendly and very courteous and very knowledgeable. Worked quickly and efficiently. The work was done to a high standard and at a fair price. Will definitely use them again in the future and would unreservedly recommend them to anyone else.

Chris Romo came out and looked at my garage door panel. Unfortunately, he said the panel design is strictly owned by another company. So I ended up calling the other company. But what stuck out about Chris was that when he called me to tell me he was on his way he told me he had to get gas first and something to drink. He asked me if I wanted him to bring me a drink! That goes far above and beyond customer service.

I CALLED A SERVICE I HAD USED PREVIOUS. WERE BOOKED UNTIL AFTER THE FIRSTOF YEAR. CALLED ANOTHER SERVICE WITH A GOOD RATING AND WOULD SET UP APPOINTMENT AND NEVER SHOW OR CALL THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES. WENT BACK TO WEB SITE AND CALLED PRECISION AND SECRETARY SAID WILL BE THERE IN THE MORNING. I WAS SHOCKED. WAS THERE ON TIME AND CHRIS WAS AWESOME. EXPLAINED IN DETAIL THE ISSUES WITH THE DOOR AND THE HAZARD WE WERE FACING. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE ON A DOOR ON FRIDAY AND IT WILL BE INSTALLED ON MONDAY MORNING. A 5 STAR RATING FOR PRECISION IS NOT ENOUGH.I WILL RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY TO EVERYONE I HAVE CONVERSATION WITH. THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD DEALINGS WITH
