Ty was great! He did a thorough exam of why our door was not working and explained each and every piece showing exactly where things were going wrong. He was also very clear in providing options of repair and making sure we felt confident choosing what worked best for us. Very professional! Will definitely call again if needed.

Couldn’t be more thankful for Connor and his proactive action, professionalism, and kindness. I called at 4:40pm on Friday, after 3 days of my garage cable and wheel going off track. I called 4/5 other numbers I found on google first; none of which answered, including the “24hr.” guys. After 2 rings and my info, I scheduled an appointment for first available which was Sat. @8-10am. Maybe 6 mins. later I received a call from Connor who saw my appointment and what needed to be done for the following morning. He told me he was on his way to the office and I was right on his route if I wanted to meet now. (Yes, Thanks Connor!) -definitely have a customer for life from me now and will be recommending to anyone who asks! From the time I called to the completion of Connor leaving after fixing the problem + giving me a quote for future items that were going to be needed, that was less than 1 hour in totality. So thankful!

Needed service on a SATURDAY for our garage door that was stuck about half way up... Connor was our technician and he did a great job...very thorough and had a very friendly and pleasant attitude. I see from your website that you have senior citizens discount...I don't think we got that however. -George and Sheila Gray

"I WAS STUCK". My car was in the garage and the garage door would not open. It was Labor day weekend and I couldn't get the garage door open. "What do I do?" I took a big breath and calmed down and Googled, GARAGE DOOR REPAIR. The first on the list was PRESCISION GARAGE DOORS. I was able to make an appointment for the next opening-online. I got a confirmation email and the technician showed up on time and presented me with 3 options for my issue. The spring had broke and it was repairable. It took him about an hour to repair and he was so very knowledgeable about how to repair it. Conner was kind and during his visit we discussed my garden...he does not like squash...lol I will never forget how quick and efficient he was to get my garage door fixed. Thank you Conner.

First thankful that Precision Garage Door Service was able to get to us so quickly. The service was great, Conner was polite and very professional. He found our problem with the sensors quickly, fixed it with new sensors. As we had no idea what the problem with the door was since it wouldn't shut. He answered some questions about garage doors which helped with any possible problems in the future. We are just thrilled to know who to call now when we have problems with the garage door. Price wasn't bad either.

I can’t Praise this Company enough. When one of the owners (Mark) took his time to talk to you and help you out. What can one say. They make one feel like you so important to this company. Talk about customer service. Excellent. And the Technician (Isaac) who repeatedly came to my rescue to help service my garage door situation. Needless to say, that I am now getting everything involving a new garage door installed by this company. Precision will now be my new company I deal with. Again, one cannot say enough great things about this company. Thank You Mark and Thank You Isaac.

I really appreciate the great job that Isaac did diagnosing the problem with our garage door opener. He was courteous and professional. Quick to access the problem and offer a solution with different options and pricing to fit our budget. We have only lived in Lubbock for a couple of months and didn’t know who to call about our garage door opener. Thank you precision door for being true to your ad on the internet. I would highly recommend your service to anyone in the area!!

As I mentioned to Andrew, the thing on your Google ad that got me attention at 8 p.m. Sunday night was that I could talk to someone 24/7! I was very impressed with the scheduling for a new garage door opener installing which was scheduled for the very next day. I was texted a little after 10 a.m. that Isaac was on his way from Lubbock to my house in Levelland and he arrived, we discussed what his procedure would be, he began working on installing the Genie opener and was through within the hour!! I AM SO IMPRESSED! I told him he was my hero even if he didn’t have a cape!
