First thankful that Precision Garage Door Service was able to get to us so quickly. The service was great, Conner was polite and very professional. He found our problem with the sensors quickly, fixed it with new sensors. As we had no idea what the problem with the door was since it wouldn't shut. He answered some questions about garage doors which helped with any possible problems in the future. We are just thrilled to know who to call now when we have problems with the garage door. Price wasn't bad either.

Absolutely amazing service. Connor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. As I mentioned to Andrew, the thing on your Google ad that got me attention at 8 p.m. Sunday night was that I could talk to someone 24/7! I was very impressed with the scheduling for a new garage door opener installing which was scheduled for the very next day. I was texted a little after 10 a.m. that Isaac was on his way from Lubbock to my house in Levelland and he arrived, we discussed what his procedure would be, he began working on installing the Genie opener and was through within the hour!! I AM SO IMPRESSED! I told him he was my hero even if he didn’t have a cape!

The receptionist actually talked me into having the Tech come out. The “No Cost” evaluation and inspection is a no brainer. Jason Cole was our Tech but he was so much more. Jason was extremely thorough. He inspected and asked question about everything he saw. Jason also provided a wealth of knowledge that I had never and would probably never would have thought about. When I needed an appointment I got one immediately. I liked that I could schedule online as well. Bryant showed up when scheduled, let me know he was on the way and I received a text with a photo of him and a little bio about him which was nice knowing what he was supposed to look like.
