Alex Ramirez Reyes did an outstanding job on describing what repairs were needing done and asked if I could use better way of opening up the door by using a manual chain so it would help my guys from throwing the door up and causing the rollers from breaking down. Chris Romo came out and looked at my garage door panel. Unfortunately, he said the panel design is strictly owned by another company. So I ended up calling the other company. But what stuck out about Chris was that when he called me to tell me he was on his way he told me he had to get gas first and something to drink. He asked me if I wanted him to bring me a drink! That goes far above and beyond customer service.

I CALLED A SERVICE I HAD USED PREVIOUS. WERE BOOKED UNTIL AFTER THE FIRSTOF YEAR. CALLED ANOTHER SERVICE WITH A GOOD RATING AND WOULD SET UP APPOINTMENT AND NEVER SHOW OR CALL THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES. WENT BACK TO WEB SITE AND CALLED PRECISION AND SECRETARY SAID WILL BE THERE IN THE MORNING. I WAS SHOCKED. WAS THERE ON TIME AND CHRIS WAS AWESOME. EXPLAINED IN DETAIL THE ISSUES WITH THE DOOR AND THE HAZARD WE WERE FACING. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE ON A DOOR ON FRIDAY AND IT WILL BE INSTALLED ON MONDAY MORNING. A 5 STAR RATING FOR PRECISION IS NOT ENOUGH.I WILL RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY TO EVERYONE I HAVE CONVERSATION WITH. THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD DEALINGS WITH

My technician for replacing springs and rollers on a two-car garage door was Alex Ramirez-Reyes. He was on time, polite, professional, competent - overall just amazing. Garage door stopped working on Thursday night and got an appointment scheduled for Friday morning. Our tech, Alex, was very knowledgeable, and walked us through all our options, from the low cost quick fixes to keep us going a bit longer to the long term solutions, working with whatever was best for our budget. His troubleshooting skills were excellent and saved us from having to replace the entire system. I highly recommend him and the entire company as a whole, very down to earth and friendly. Chris called and advised the time he would be at my home. He was on time and was very pleasant to work with. We discussed my garage double-door problem (broken spring). My door is a heavy door with closed cell insulation. The door is 26 years old and weighs 260 pounds. Hard to open with a broken spring. I had Chris install the premium package consisting of springs, new rod bearings, new heavier pullies and cables, plus new door rollers. Precision Door impressed me as a reputable company with the info online. Their tech, Chris Romo, inspected our system and pointed some deficiencies that, in the future, would probably cause us more expense. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve heard a lot of upselling techniques in my life, but I didn’t feel Chris was doing that. He was just giving me an honest evaluation of my garage door system and my financial options to upgrade the system.I agreed to the higher repair option. Chris did a great job replacing the motor (the original problem), springs, rollers, sensors, remote, garage up/down switch, and performed lubrication and door balancing. He also made sure the MyQ app was loaded on all family phones and was working properly. The end result was a completely refurbished garage door system, one I believe will be free of problems for many years to come. Plus, my wife and I have limited Lifetime Warranty. We truly appreciate Chris Romo’s solid efforts and we thank him very much!
