Needed service on a SATURDAY for our garage door that was stuck about half way up... Connor was our technician and he did a great job...very thorough and had a very friendly and pleasant attitude. I see from your website that you have senior citizens discount...I don't think we got that however. -George and Sheila Gray

A bad thing was happened early this morning on my garage door, so I called then at 8:10 am and the garage door was fixed before 12:10. Connor was a great guy and fixed my garage in 5 minutes. However, the charge was for an hour labor (probably it is the minimum hour), so in my perspective, it was expensive. Plus, while fixing the mechanical problem, he didn't fix the bent frames. If he got an hour payment, he could have fixed the frames as well. Therefore, my experience with the Precision Garage Door was a bit mixed.

I was exremely pleased with the service today. tha website was easey to use and the appointment was done the same day. Jason showed up right on time and was very professional. He fixed my problem in a very short time.He gave me several options to replace the doors that are almost 20 years old. I'd recommend your company to my friends. Thanks you. Art Kidd

I really appreciate the great job that Isaac did diagnosing the problem with our garage door opener. He was courteous and professional. Quick to access the problem and offer a solution with different options and pricing to fit our budget. We have only lived in Lubbock for a couple of months and didn’t know who to call about our garage door opener. Thank you precision door for being true to your ad on the internet. I would highly recommend your service to anyone in the area!!

Absolutely amazing service. Connor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was givin a time between 12 and 2 and he showed up at 1210. I will definately buy my new garage door from them when it comes that time. Very reasonable service charge as well. Excellent company I will recommend them to anyone who ask me.

When I needed an appointment I got one immediately. I liked that I could schedule online as well. Bryant showed up when scheduled, let me know he was on the way and I received a text with a photo of him and a little bio about him which was nice knowing what he was supposed to look like. He was very knowledgeable about my set up and fixed the issue quickly and confidently while also educating me on how things worked and what to expect from his company. Will definitely use again if the need arises.
