When I needed an appointment I got one immediately. I liked that I could schedule online as well. Bryant showed up when scheduled, let me know he was on the way and I received a text with a photo of him and a little bio about him which was nice knowing what he was supposed to look like. He was very knowledgeable about my set up and fixed the issue quickly and confidently while also educating me on how things worked and what to expect from his company. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

Jason Cole from Precision Garage Door Service was Great. He installed a 2 new springs , rollers and cables. And had it completed in less than an hour . Explained everything with options to choose from. Life time warranty was the best option for us. No more worries about springs or rollers or labor. Definitely would recommend

If there was a rating higher than excellent, I would give it. Everything was explained to me in detail. The process given to ensure everything was fixed was quite impressive. I called at about 5pm and the work began the next morning at 8am. Both vehicles were still in the garage in which the door could not be opened yet the repair was done despite having minimal room to do so.

The opener on our barndoor stopped working. I called Precision on Monday morning, and I had an appointment set up for the next day Tuesday. Within 20 minutes I had a call from the office with an offer for a repairman to come out that evening. The technician "Cameron" arrived around 6pm and went right to work looking at the motor and made a determination that the opener was beyond repair, he checked to see if one was available. He secured a replacement and arranged to pick it up the next morning. He was back at the farm by noon Wednesday, and the door was operational by 1pm. I learned that Cameron was out of Odessa. He went above and beyond driving to Lubbock from Odessa twice to work on our barndoor. Thank you for the EXCELLENT service. I have used other companies in the past. However, Precision Garage Door Service is miles above the rest in customer service and a fast response time.

Spring on garage door broke overnight. Called early and was answered promptly. Scheduled for a morning repair. Technician (Chris Romo) called twice to let me know when to expect him.
