Originally from Albuquerque, Alex now calls Lubbock home, where he and his wife are raising five kids—four girls and one boy, including a set of 2-year-old twins. A huge sports fan, especially of the 49ers, Alex finds joy in family life and cheering on his favorite teams. Family is everything to Alex, and he’s at his happiest when he’s home spending time with them. He loves Lubbock for its family-oriented feel, friendly people, and great barbecue.

My technician for replacing springs and rollers on a two-car garage door was Alex Ramirez-Reyes. He was on time, polite, professional, competent - overall just amazing. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it, and didn't complain about the spiderwebs! Ha. He took great care with my Mom's garage door on the farm to ensure it will keep working for years to come!

Garage door stopped working on Thursday night and got an appointment scheduled for Friday morning. Our tech, Alex, was very knowledgeable, and walked us through all our options, from the low cost quick fixes to keep us going a bit longer to the long term solutions, working with whatever was best for our budget. His troubleshooting skills were excellent and saved us from having to replace the entire system. I highly recommend him and the entire company as a whole, very down to earth and friendly. I would use them again in the future!
