The receptionist actually talked me into having the Tech come out. The “No Cost” evaluation and inspection is a no brainer. Jason Cole was our Tech but he was so much more. Jason was extremely thorough. He inspected and asked question about everything he saw. Jason also provided a wealth of knowledge that I had never and would probably never would have thought about. Jason made the needed adjustments and provided an estimate for needed repairs along with earning my respect for being a professional and down to earth enough we talked as men, not customer and sales man. Thank You

Jason was there a couple of minutes early before my appointment, which I was impressed with his timing. Very professional, gave me three different solutions and prices. He started and showed me worn parts and explained everything. I was SUPER PLEASED with this work, serve was performed in record time, and he had me back up and running in record time. I will use your company again and will recommend Precision Door to all my friends. Great treatment to an old man in need, Thank you Mike Box

When I needed an appointment I got one immediately. I liked that I could schedule online as well. Bryant showed up when scheduled, let me know he was on the way and I received a text with a photo of him and a little bio about him which was nice knowing what he was supposed to look like. He was very knowledgeable about my set up and fixed the issue quickly and confidently while also educating me on how things worked and what to expect from his company. Will definitely use again if the need arises.

The people that I delt with were very polite and professional. I called at 8 a.m and had the repair finished before 12. Mind you that they had to travel 50 miles to get to me, so I feel like a job well done and in a very timely manner. They kept me informed on the process from the time I called, when they left and when they arrived. I am very well pleased. Thank you.
